Seller Eligibility

• Must be a registered business or individual with valid identification
• Must provide accurate business and contact information
• Must agree to abide by our platform rules and guidelines

Product Listing Guidelines

• All products must be genuine and accurately described
• Prices must be competitive and in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka)
• Product images must be clear and represent the actual item
• Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, restricted products, and illegal items

Commission & Fees

• A commission fee applies to each sale made through the platform
• Commission rates vary by product category
• Payment settlement occurs within 7-14 business days after delivery confirmation

Order Fulfillment

• Sellers must process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours
• Tracking information must be provided for all shipments
• Returns and refunds must be handled per our Return Policy

Account Suspension

Violation of any policy may result in account suspension or termination. Sellers will be notified before any action is taken.
